Training
Training is our central method for welcoming consultants, helping them to develop and ensuring that they will be always employable. We have chosen to offer continuous, reactive training that concentrates on individual needs. This helps consultants adapt quickly to their missions or to develop skills for future changes.
Consultants can attend the following training courses:
Finance training: as soon as they join the company, consultants have a training course in capital markets from a specialised training company. Throughout their career they can carry on learning by attending more specialized training sessions with recognized companies.
Technical training: our goal is to keep consultants up to date with the latest technological advances or solutions used in our sector. This is done with specific training sessions and especially with certifications. At the same time, we ensure that our functional consultants are aware of all the tools that are essential to manage projects efficiently.
English training: individual or group lessons are available to consultants who already work in a multi-national environment or who wish to work in this type of environment in the near future.
Personal skills: our core business, consulting, requires qualities such as good relationship skills, initiative, flexibility, and excellent oral communication skills. Consultants can improve these qualities with communication, negotiation and team management training courses.
E-Learning: we have created an e-learning platform where consultants can study subjects such as finance, programming and project management. This platform is added to daily by our consultants. It is a group tool but also a personal development tool for those who wish to learn without having to go to lessons!
We also encourage and support consultants who wish to study for certification diplomas or a Masters degree in capital markets finance (Microsoft certifications, CNAM Master, ESLSCA, CFA,...).
During their meetings with managers consultants can discuss the actions that must be put in place in order to reach their goals and develop their technical, functional or personal skills.
