Your arrival
NEXEO's consultants are helped as soon as they arrive in the company and throughout their career.
When you join Nexeo, you are welcomed by the recruitment team, by the Sales team who present you with missions suited to your profile and also by the management team. If you already have a mission, you spend one day at head office to meet your contacts, see our processes... If you do not have a mission, you are put in charge of an internal project for a few days whilst the Sales team presents you with different available missions.

Manager's Team
At Nexeo, every consultant has a senior consultant as a manager. The manager follows your missions, helps you establish your career plan and advises you on training possibilities. He/she is the link between Head Office and consultants. He/she conducts all official interviews and ensures that all useful information is correctly communicated.
Once a year you have a one to one interview with your manager. This interview is to:
- Review the past year
- Define goals for the coming year
- Define a personalized career plan according to your wishes and our strategy.
Managers also work with the Human Resources team. Once every two years, you have an interview with a member of this team. This interview is devoted to discussing your mid to long term development and defining the means that need to be put into place to reach your goals.

Your Development
Our goal is to help consultants develop their own career by offering them the means to reach their goals or possibilities to change activity.
This is possible due to the close relations with managers and the HR department.
A consultant may change activities within Nexeo according to their experience, their wishes and their potential:
- Project Management
- Business analysis
- Software integration
- Technical knowledge
- Management within Nexeo
- Management of a division
