Values

 

When Nexeo was created in 2002, we established our base values: Ethics and Skills.

 

Since then, through both buoyant and depressed markets, we have stayed loyal to these values and to our long-term vision.

We are especially careful to listen to our customers so that we can provide the best technical and functional skills. We ensure that we remain loyal to our values with the recruitment, training and support of our consultants, but also by trying to anticipate developments in technology and finance.

 

Culture

 

Company culture is not just an expression for Nexeo. Our company culture is based on our listening capacities and the closeness to all employees, whether they are new recruits or a founding member. We identify, encourage and reinforce consultants' skills and ethics with recruitment, mission follow-ups and support throughout their career and we organise regular events and workshops.

 

Skills

 

Our consultants have high- level degrees and lots of experience that enable them to successfully complete their missions. But they are not purely academic and they have their own personalities. We believe that human diversity is essential and encourage any initiatives and propositions. We believe there are three aspects to "skills":

If consultants possess these three elements the result is durable and stimulating and enables us to continue to develop.

When we founded NEXEO, we already had important business experience in providing services within the financial sector. We therefore wanted to create a stimulating, original and viable project based on strong values - ETHICS & SKILLS.

 

We are interested in human relationships and sharing ideas.  Our project shows that professionalism, customer service, and a strong commitment to results can be compatible with an organization that respects diversity and that has an accessible, reactive and clear management team.

 

Our customers take advantage of experience-sharing between consultants.  Our consultants are motivated by their involvement in their missions and by the competitive spirit within NEXEO and therefore help our long term development.
