Sustainable Development

 

Nexeo is attentive to the environment and sustainable development.

This attentiveness has many environmental and professional aspects.

Nexeo has therefore put in place the following actions:

 

Environmental aspects

• An article has been added to our employment contract to ensure that consultants are aware of environmental issues and to encourage them to adopt good habits, especially concerning ecology (transport, printing, etc.),
• Optimized energy management (heating, lights, machines, etc.),
• Choice of suppliers that share our values (for example, our printer has been certified «green»).

 

Professional aspects:

• At Nexeo, sustainable development also means working to continue existing relationships, with customers as well as with consultants.

 

We therefore always try to:

• Better understand customers' expectations so that we can give them an innovative, high-quality service.
• Better identify consultants' expectations so we can offer structures and an environment that allow them to develop and stay motivated.

 

In practice this means:

• Mission reviews with both customers and consultants
• Annual interviews
• Specific interviews for each mission
• Close follow-up of consultants
• Information sharing tools (Intranet, E-learning),
• A real interest in consultants' behaviour
• Personal development opportunities
